MIDDLE SCHOOL (Grades 6-8, September - May, Youth Room)
Middle School Discovery is a fun, relaxed environment with game tables, food, and loving adults who help kids know and follow God in their daily lives. The curriculum we use is XP3 Middle School from Orange. These stories are creatively grouped into 4-5 lessons each month with a common creative theme and a single Life Application or Virtue and Memory verse on which to focus. HIGH SCHOOL (Grades 9-12)
We encourage high school youth to attend the worship service with their parents or to volunteer somewhere. The following are great opportunities for youth to use their gifts to serve! If you are interested in serving in any of these areas, contact Dan and she’ll help you get plugged in!

- SOUND BOOTH - Help run the projection slides during the 1st and/or 2nd service. Training will be provided in advance.
- KIDS DISCOVERY - Assist with the kids programming during the 2nd service as a welcomer or as a small group leader assistant.
- NURSERY - Care for infants and toddlers during the 2nd service.
- GREETER - Welcome people as they arrive for the 1st and/or 2nd service.
Wednesdays
YOUTH GROUP (Grades 6-12)
High school youth are invited to join us Wednesday nights, 7:00-8:00 in the youth room (September - May) for food, fun, friendships, and growing in their faith. For more information contact Dan Kellander (Youth Director).

Confirmation
Confirmation is an intentional 2-year journey where 7th and 8th graders dig deeper in God’s word with a spiritual mentor and learn the biblical truths of our faith. This is done through weekly classes on Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00pm beginning September 10 plus monthly meetings with a mentor selected by the student. High school youth are welcome to participate, as well, if interested. For more information and registration, follow the links below.
Summer CampWhat are you doing this summer?! Our church has a long history of sending many kids and youth to Lake Beauty Bible Camp (LBBC) in Long Prairie, MN each summer. LBBC is part of the Evangelical Covenant Church, and it has been an impactful spiritual experience for many youth from First Covenant Church. This is something your kids don't want to miss!
