Discovery Hour
Discovery Hour is our Sunday morning gathering for grades PreK-6. Meets Sept-May starting at 9:45am in the lower level classrooms. This year we will be utilizing the Gospel Project curriculum in our classes. This curriculum shows how God's plan of redemption unfolds through all Scripture with chronological Bible studies that point right to Jesus.
Nursery is available for birth through 3 years old during both services and during discovery hour. Our nursery is located down the hallway behind the sanctuary. Likewise, if you need privacy for nursing or children who may be fussy, we have space in our Nursery that can be used as a cry room where you can still hear the audio of our services.

AWANA
AWANA is our mid-week gathering for PreK through 5th grade. Meets Oct-Apr starting with supper from 5:00-5:45pm (free-will donations accepted), and then AWANA from 6:00-7:30pm on Wednesdays throughout the building. Learning God's Word in a fun atmosphere! Each week, Awana provides consistent, positive teaching and training that stresses strong moral and spiritual values. Our clubbers learn about the reality of God and the truth of the Bible. Incentives and awards are used to encourage children to progress.
Cubbies (Pre-Schoolers)
Fun with a purpose – reaching and training kids for Jesus Christ. Games, puppets, crafts, awards and other activities transform our preschool program into a lively weekly experience where fun and learning go hand in hand. Did we mention that we also have LOTS of fun!?!
Sparks (K - 2nd Grade)
The Sparks program is firmly grounded in Scripture featuring basic truths about God, Jesus Christ, salvation and the Bible. The Sparks program includes Bible teaching, awards, small group time, and fun AWANA games.
Truth & Training - TNT (3rd - 5th Grade)
TNT youth learn the truth of God’s Word and how to follow Christ in their daily lives. Our goal is that many of today’s young people will become tomorrow’s church leaders. T&T is the program that trains the leaders of tomorrow — today. Like Sparks, TNT programming includes Bible teaching, awards, small group time, and fun AWANA games.

Summer Camp
First Covenant is one of many churches that support and send children and youth to Lake Beauty Bible Camp located in Long Prairie, MN. We believe that camp is a vital milestone for our kids and will do our best to see every kid attend!
