Led by Cory Doden in the youth room. Guys, Man Camp resumes with a great video series called: STANDING TALL: MEN BUILDING CHARACTER THROUGH THE BOOK OF JAMES. In James' writings we are given the challenge to wrestle with a number of character issues and experience the transforming power of God as we act out our faith. He reminds us that our actions are belated announcements of our thoughts—it is impossible to live differently until we think differently. Join us on this journey as we trust God to make us men who stand tall.
Join us in the friendship room and become part of our S.A.L.T. groups (Serving and Learning Together). S.A.L.T. group goals are for women to learn from God's Word, pray for each other, share life together, and explore how to serve God in our church and community. Facilitators: Sarah Eix, Mary Lockwood, Tina Lunde and Crystal Olson.
This Isn’t the Life I Signed Up For
No one signs us for the challenges of life, but in the real world heartache is inevitable. We all want to live happily ever after. Each Sunday we will be hearing how our Christian brothers and sisters from our church family have lived through (or are living through) difficult challenge in life. We will be able to interact with one another and hopefully learn how to better be the hands and feet of Jesus. If you have the perfect life, this class is not for you! Come and help discuss how the messy lives we find ourselves in, are not the happily ever after life so many wish for. We will learn how God’s faithfulness and steadfast love has enabled our brothers and sisters in Christ to keep on living life. Join us in the apostle room. Facilitators: Bob & Susan Goetz.
